The truth behind FVHS’ lack of stadiums

Ever since the year 1966, home football games have been held at another school. Due to the lack of facilities and sub-standard-sized stadiums, the FVHS field is unable to support massive crowds, forcing them to borrow the fields of other schools within the district. How did this come to be?
