This last week, our senior MUN students made history in New York City! We competed at NHSMUN and in addition to having a fireside chat with the former president Joe Biden, our students won several accolades!

Two of our students were awarded the highest excellence award (best in committee of 100 others) and selected as rapporteur to speak at closing ceremonies to a delegation of over 1000 students from 70 different countries.

As a team, our 18 students worked together to bring home the highest honor, the delegation merit award for service and advocacy. 

In summary - FVHS won at the most prestigious MUN conference in the world.

And, just a week prior, we took sophomores and juniors to UC Berkeley where we took home two commendations and two outstanding awards at yet another incredibly competitive event.
