FVHS has contracted with Karmel Shuttle to provide transportation services for students who typically use the Slater bridge to get around the detour in a timely manner.

Times: 6:30 to 9 a.m. and 2:30 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday

Stops: Slater and Starfish (east of I-405) and at Slater and Dolphin (west of I-405); see map below

Vehicle: Nine-passenger van; shuttle driver will make a continuous loop along the route

Requirements: Service is limited to students with a valid student ID, which they will be required to present upon boarding

Additional information: The shuttle will not be equipped for bicycles; bicyclists should use the recommended detour

Cost: There is no charge to use the shuttle service

Please note that the 405 Project will make adjustments as needed to accommodate additional students, adding a second or third van if necessary.
